1. Definitions

3. Your Account
3.1 You may browse the Website without an account. Certain features, such as order tracking and saved addresses, may require you to register.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at customercare@relaxsit.com.pk if you suspect unauthorised use.
3.3 We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Products and Descriptions
4.1 We make every effort to display Products, colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Because screens vary and many Products are handcrafted or made to order, minor differences in shade, pattern, stitching or size (generally within a small tolerance) are normal and do not by themselves make a Product defective.
4.2 Bean bags and cushions are soft furnishings. Filling may settle and compress with use, and bean bags may need periodic refilling. This is normal and is not a defect.
4.3 Some Products are made to order, customised, or produced in a colour or print you select. Lead times for these Products are longer and they are subject to the exclusions stated in the Refund Policy.
4.4 Product availability is subject to stock. If a Product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer an alternative, a later delivery date, or a full refund.
5. Prices, Taxes and Errors
5.1 All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, and any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your Order.
5.2 We may change prices, promotions and delivery charges at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an Order that we have already confirmed.
5.3 If a Product is listed at an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the Order and refund any amount paid in full, even after confirmation, before dispatch.
6. Placing Orders and Formation of Contract

We may delay, decline or cancel an Order that cannot be verified, or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed in error. Any payment already made for a cancelled Order will be refunded.

7. Payment
7.1 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit or credit card through a secure third-party payment gateway, mobile wallets, and deferred payment services such as BaadMay.
7.2 Card and online payments: card details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page. Relaxsit does not store your full card number, CVV or PIN.
7.3 Cash on Delivery: payment is due in full, in cash, to the courier on delivery. We may require advance payment for certain Products, remote locations or high-value Orders.
7.4 Bank transfers and wallets: an Order is processed once payment is received and verified. Please retain your transaction receipt.
7.5 Buy Now, Pay Later (BaadMay): where you choose an instalment option, the credit arrangement is provided by the third-party service provider under its own terms and eligibility checks. Relaxsit is not a lender and is not responsible for the provider's decisions, fees or collection of instalments. Please read the provider's terms before you proceed.
7.6 If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may cancel or suspend the Order.
8. Delivery
8.1 We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes shown on the Website or in communications are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by location, product type, made-to-order lead times, public holidays, weather, courier delays and events outside our control.
8.2 You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working mobile number. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by your unavailability.
8.3 Inspect on delivery. Please check the parcel for visible damage at the time of delivery, and inspect the Product as soon as possible after opening. Claims for damaged, incorrect or defective Products must be made within the time limits in the Refund Policy.
8.4 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
8.5 If the courier makes repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or you refuse a COD parcel without valid reason, we may cancel the Order and recover reasonable shipping costs incurred, as explained in the Refund Policy.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
9.1 You may request cancellation of an Order before it is dispatched by contacting customer care. Made-to-order Products may not be cancelled once production has started.

10. Safe Use and Care of Products
10.1 Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care or safety instructions provided. In particular:
- Bean bag filling (polystyrene beans) and small parts are a choking and suffocation hazard. Keep refill beans, unzipped bean bags and packaging away from infants and young children, and do not allow children to play with the filling.
- Keep Products away from open flames, heaters and other sources of heat. Do not smoke on or near Products.
- Respect any stated weight limits for chairs, stools, tables and swings, and use Products on a stable, level surface.
- Children's Products and pet beds should be used under adult supervision.
10.2 Damage caused by misuse, neglect, sharp objects, pets, moisture, improper cleaning, or unauthorised alteration is not covered as a Product defect.
11. Promotions, Vouchers and Sales
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale events (including the 11.11 Sale) are subject to their stated conditions and to availability. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts, may result in cancellation of Orders.
12. Intellectual Property
