Effective date: 5 November 2026 | Applies to relaxsit.com.pk
Welcome to Relaxsit. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website relaxsit.com.pk (the "Website") and every purchase you make from Relaxsit ("Relaxsit", "we", "us" or "our"), a seller of bean bags, bedding, home decor, furniture, travel comfort products and related items in Pakistan.
Please read these Terms carefully. By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Related documents: returns, replacements and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, and the handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Both are available from the footer of the Website and form part of your agreement with us.
1. Definitions
In these Terms: "Customer" or "you" means any person who visits the Website or places an order; "Products" means the goods displayed for sale on the Website; "Order" means a request by you to purchase Products; "Contract" means the agreement for sale formed between you and Relaxsit as described in Clause 6; and "Business Day" means any day other than Sunday and a public holiday in Pakistan.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to place an Order. Persons under 18 may use the Website only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for the Order.
2.2 You confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.
3. Your Account
3.1 You may browse the Website without an account. Certain features, such as order tracking and saved addresses, may require you to register.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at customercare@relaxsit.com.pk if you suspect unauthorised use.
3.3 We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Products and Descriptions
4.1 We make every effort to display Products, colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Because screens vary and many Products are handcrafted or made to order, minor differences in shade, pattern, stitching or size (generally within a small tolerance) are normal and do not by themselves make a Product defective.
4.2 Bean bags and cushions are soft furnishings. Filling may settle and compress with use, and bean bags may need periodic refilling. This is normal and is not a defect.
4.3 Some Products are made to order, customised, or produced in a colour or print you select. Lead times for these Products are longer and they are subject to the exclusions stated in the Refund Policy.
4.4 Product availability is subject to stock. If a Product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer an alternative, a later delivery date, or a full refund.
5. Prices, Taxes and Errors
5.1 All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, and any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your Order.
5.2 We may change prices, promotions and delivery charges at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an Order that we have already confirmed.
5.3 If a Product is listed at an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the Order and refund any amount paid in full, even after confirmation, before dispatch.
6. Placing Orders and Formation of Contract
6.1 Displaying a Product on the Website is an invitation to make an offer. Your Order is an offer to buy. A binding Contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation (by email, SMS or WhatsApp) or dispatch the Product, whichever is earlier.
6.2 To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to verify an Order, particularly Cash on Delivery orders and high-value orders. We may delay, decline or cancel an Order that cannot be verified, or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed in error. Any payment already made for a cancelled Order will be refunded.
6.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone, subject to applicable law.
7. Payment
7.1 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit or credit card through a secure third-party payment gateway, mobile wallets, and deferred payment services such as BaadMay.
7.2 Card and online payments: card details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page. Relaxsit does not store your full card number, CVV or PIN.
7.3 Cash on Delivery: payment is due in full, in cash, to the courier on delivery. We may require advance payment for certain Products, remote locations or high-value Orders.
7.4 Bank transfers and wallets: an Order is processed once payment is received and verified. Please retain your transaction receipt.
7.5 Buy Now, Pay Later (BaadMay): where you choose an instalment option, the credit arrangement is provided by the third-party service provider under its own terms and eligibility checks. Relaxsit is not a lender and is not responsible for the provider's decisions, fees or collection of instalments. Please read the provider's terms before you proceed.
7.6 If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may cancel or suspend the Order.
8. Delivery
8.1 We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes shown on the Website or in communications are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by location, product type, made-to-order lead times, public holidays, weather, courier delays and events outside our control.
8.2 You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working mobile number. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by your unavailability.
8.3 Inspect on delivery. Please check the parcel for visible damage at the time of delivery, and inspect the Product as soon as possible after opening. Claims for damaged, incorrect or defective Products must be made within the time limits in the Refund Policy.
8.4 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
8.5 If the courier makes repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or you refuse a COD parcel without valid reason, we may cancel the Order and recover reasonable shipping costs incurred, as explained in the Refund Policy.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
9.1 You may request cancellation of an Order before it is dispatched by contacting customer care. Made-to-order Products may not be cancelled once production has started.
9.2 Returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds are governed solely by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Safe Use and Care of Products
10.1 Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care or safety instructions provided. In particular:
- Bean bag filling (polystyrene beans) and small parts are a choking and suffocation hazard. Keep refill beans, unzipped bean bags and packaging away from infants and young children, and do not allow children to play with the filling.
- Keep Products away from open flames, heaters and other sources of heat. Do not smoke on or near Products.
- Respect any stated weight limits for chairs, stools, tables and swings, and use Products on a stable, level surface.
- Children's Products and pet beds should be used under adult supervision.
10.2 Damage caused by misuse, neglect, sharp objects, pets, moisture, improper cleaning, or unauthorised alteration is not covered as a Product defect.
11. Promotions, Vouchers and Sales
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale events (including the 11.11 Sale) are subject to their stated conditions and to availability. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts, may result in cancellation of Orders.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the Website, including the Relaxsit name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to Relaxsit and is protected under the laws of Pakistan, including the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001.
12.2 You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape or use our content or brand for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 or other applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users' accounts; (c) introduce viruses or malicious code; (d) use bots, scrapers or automated tools without permission; (e) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or orders; or (f) interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
14. Customer Reviews and Content
If you submit a review, comment or image, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene or abusive material. You grant Relaxsit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal information (such as your name, phone number, address and order details) to process Orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and improve our services. We handle this information as described in our Privacy Policy, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. By using the Website you consent to such use, and you may contact us to request access to or correction of your information.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links to, or rely on, third-party services such as couriers, payment gateways and deferred-payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
17. Disclaimers
17.1 The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
17.2 Subject to Clause 18 and your rights under applicable law, we give no warranties other than those expressly stated in these Terms, the Refund Policy and any written warranty provided with a Product.
18. Limitation of Liability
18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Pakistan, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
18.2 Subject to Clause 18.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaxsit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or the Products. Our total liability in respect of any Order will not exceed the price paid by you for the Products in that Order.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Relaxsit against any claim, loss or reasonable expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Website, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
20. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, civil disturbance, government restrictions, road or internet shutdowns, courier or supplier disruption, power or network failures, and acts of God. Where an Order is materially affected, we will inform you and offer a revised delivery date or a refund.
21. Electronic Communications and Records
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp and notices on the Website), and that electronic communications, order records and confirmations satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
22.1 These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Contract Act, 1872, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, and the consumer protection legislation applicable in your province or territory.
22.2 If you have a complaint, please contact our customer care team first. We will try in good faith to resolve it within a reasonable time, and in any event will acknowledge it within two (2) Business Days.
22.3 If a dispute is not resolved amicably, you may approach the relevant consumer protection authority or consumer court in your area, and nothing in these Terms limits that right. Subject to this, the courts of Lahore, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date and will apply to Orders placed after that date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
24. General
24.1 Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
24.2 No waiver: a failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
24.3 Entire agreement: these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Relaxsit regarding your use of the Website and purchases.
24.4 Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours to a successor to our business.
